The details in the certificate must be able to link the name to the birth trust bond, therefore you must provide some information to link this claim to the original birth bond certificate. It is your choice which information you provide, however, keep in mind the reason you are claiming this right when deciding which information you choose not to provide. The copyright certificate should be the birth certificate name as that is the name of the birth estate trust, the cestui que vie trust. The certificate will cover ‘any and all variations’ of the name.
This copyright claim is for you to claim the copyright that is rightfully yours and currently being held by your government. This is not a claim of Right but a claim on your property (name) attached to the bond (birth certificate). If you wish to make a Claim of Right/Declaration/Affidavit, please do so on another document of your own, which can then be published on our world-wide Public Notice Board.
