Answers

1. No. An SMSF must be a dedicated trust fund for super and by govt rules. Only way around it is do what most business people do, don’t pay any super and keep your money. If you need an SMSF it must be done by law.

2. Foundations operate just like any other business in regards to your question.  The people in this forum have paid my foundation and didn’t realise it at all.
