What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect the data you complete on our forms. We store this data off line in a secure database. Apparently WordPress does retain some basic information about your IP address however we do not use that information and will delete it when we figure out how to set that in place.

Our service is a publishing site and your information will only be placed on site for approximately 30 days and may be up to 45 days, but only if you have requested the publication of your certificate which will only be available online as an image.

We will NEVER provide your information to a third party for any marketing purposes, we may verify your details if a party requests it, but we will make an attempt to contact you for your permission prior to verification. Keep in mind the reason you have obtained your copyright certificate.


Except for the chocolate chip cookies, we really are not techy enough to know what to do with these. If we find traces of anything like this we will occasionally delete it but we will never use the information, we value privacy and freedom, which is why we created this site.

Who we share your data with

Not with anyone, except as above, with your permission and only to parties who have a valid request.

How long we retain your data

Your copyright information will be retained in our offline database until you ask for it to be removed. The other info these sites secretly record, we will delete when we figure that out.

What rights you have over your data

You own your own details, so you have full rights over all of it. We are simply providing you with an easy and secure place to publish your details for whatever reason you need, which is usually 30 days as public notice to claim to the world you own your name/intellectual property.
