You will be required to upload your completed document for filing in the application.

UCC filings are NOT the registrations preferred by the admins of this site for Australian’s but do provide this service for those who insist of registering in the USA.

The UCC-1 filing is to record the Security Agreement on the financial services notice board, the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This is done usually after the PPSR filing is completed in Australia.

These filings are to record the Security Agreement between your trust and your ALLCAPS.

A single filing will cost $36 USD (approx $56.95 AUD), therefore the AUD cost is $57 (filing fee) + $35 (admin fee)

If you wish to upload pages to the filing there are additional charges, approx $6 USD per page.

 

NB. we will create a UCC filing on the SEC for you as your assistant. We cannot guarantee your documents are complete, it is your duty to ensure you have the correct details on the documents you wish to file.
