1. Check your email

If you did not receive an email please check your spam box.

You will receive a receipt after your payment has been made, it will look like this on the right

The top section of the email, titled ‘Downloads’ contains links to the products you have purchased. Click on the links in the email and you will be taken to the online form to start your application. This is where you will enter all your details so we can create your certificate or other product.

If you are unable to click on the link in the email, you can access the link in your account, but you will need to be logged in to access the link to the form, if this is required then you must finish setting up your account, to do this you will need to go back to your emails and find the link, see below.

Be careful, you can only access the link to the form ONE time. If you access the form and are not ready to complete the details, then follow the instructions to SAVE AS DRAFT, enter your email and a link will be sent to you to complete the form within 7 days.

2. Set up your account.

An account has been created for you when you processed the order and payment, but it has not been finalised until you set up a password for the account.

The first email you receive will be like the one to the right. You must click on the link to create a password for account access.

3. Your account

When logged in you can access your account on the right side of the screen. Click on ‘ORDERS’ and you will be taken to the next screen where your orders are listed.

4. Orders

This page shows your orders. Click on the Actions box to VIEW your order. This will take you directly to the ‘Downloads’ link to start your application forms for the products you purchased.

Each product will have its own link to process one at a time.

5. Start your application

The DOWNLOADS tab will include a pink box. Click on this box and you will be taken to the page that has the form details.

This link can be opened only ONE time, so if you are not ready to complete the form then leave this link until you have time to complete the application form.

If you do click the link and you are not ready to fill in the form, then you MUST follow the instructions to SAVE AS DRAFT and you must enter your email address so the link to the form can be sent to you. We cannot resend this link to you.

You must fill in the form with your details so that we can begin to process your certificate (or other product purchased).
