Quite a few people, including site admins, have placed a copyright claim on a registered business name which has an ABN.

The name is being used may be used in business or, as a proxy name for making claims on an estate. (Discussion in the private members forum)

If you wish to make application for a business name please ensure you make the correct selection at the checkout. The following details will be needed;

• Add the ABN no. with the name
• Enter the registration date
• provide details of the ABN holder

We do not do Trademarks because a Trademark is a fixed word, phrase or image. Many claiming trademarks will discover their claims have no standing in law courts (where it counts to make your claim of trespass). Research the many legal websites to discover what a trademark really is. In older times a trade mark was the same as what we now call a business name (previously trading name).
