The Berne Convention deals with the protection of works and the rights of their authors with the means to control how their works are used, by whom, and on what terms.
One has a Moral Right (absolute right) over your estate and intellectual property (including the name), if one has not taken possession of the moral right of claim by the age of majority, the work will devolve to the state by way of a secret copyright which will impede access to the beneficial use of the assets of the estate.
Your ALLCAPS name is your business name to operate in their world, to hold contracts, licenses, bank accounts, property and more. Taking claim over the business name is one part in the process of correcting your status, from citizen-slave to being in full control of your life by becoming the sole beneficiary of all contracts you enter into instead of being the user-pays client.
