As people awaken to the Truman show we have been living we all set about undoing all the lies and fraud that has been foisted upon us without us ever realising the full extent of what we have doing asleep at the wheel.
Many wake up and follow a different path, joining groups and learning all we can, but a few set up groups to share the knowledge in their area of expertise and these people are the leaders of the sheep, the shepherds for they find the lost sheep and lead the herd in a certain direction. When shepherds begin to lead they get all excited, their power is their driving force and suddenly they are in charge, with all sheep eyes looking to them for advice, the lost sheep follow their every move diligently. Then the shepherd realises there is more to know and sets about making contact with those that speak the same language, but they are not the same, they are the wolves in sheep’s clothing. The banksters and govts are not hiding wolves, they operate in full view of the public, the wolves hiding are the ones that many have called out of frauds, and one such charlatan is Derek Balogh.
For the purposes of this post I will be repeating the words Derek Balogh over and over so that this post is picked by search engines, people need to know who Derek Balough is and what Derek Balogh’s modus operandi is.
I first came into contact with Derek Balogh in June 2019, I had just landed at Sydney airport and Mike Holt called me on the mobile in response to an email I sent when Mike Holt was talking to Derek Balogh to help advertise Derek Balough on his podcast. It seems that everyone wants to help Balogh and everyone is used by him on his pathway to pilfering. Mike Holt soon realised that Balogh was a charlatan after he received several emails and calls from people who had been swindled by Balogh. Holt spoke openly on his podcast about Balogh’s nefarious activities and Balogh called him up to abuse him. Holt ended up hanging up on him, disgusted by Derrek Balogh’s abusive behaviour.
AroundJanuary 2020 I started to air the dirty laundry about my experience with Balough and that brought many others out of the woodworks, some had the same experience as myself and others were swindled out of a lot of money and got nothing in return.
Derek Balogh has as standard practice, a way with words, he tells people what they want to hear, the sheep and shepherds are looking for the right words and when Derek Balogh casts enough spells (the right words) then the sheep and shepherd resonate like Pavlov’s dog. Ding, ding, ding…. and by the end of the 30 minute session, Derek Balough has hit all the key words and the sheep are excited. The shepherds know they have a good opportunity to network and work together with Derek Balogh to help all their sheep. And so it begins….
The shepherds then have private contact with Derek Balogh , and Derek Balogh casts more spells of promises but delivers no evidence. The shepherds may set up companies and websites and excitedly let their sheep in on the behind the scenes secret in the excitement of full disclosure to keep their sheep close and not wandering away. The shepherd and Derek Balogh work well for a while, and Derek Balogh keeps letting the rope out, slowly, slowly… The shepherd may have some questions that Derek Balogh has not yet answered, but the shepherd is too afraid to speak up, afraid they may rock the boat, afraid they may lose their position of confidence, afraid their internal suspicions may be wrong and while the shepherd hears no evil, speaks no evil and does no evil, they make stupid presumptions that the truth will come from Derek Balogh and all will be good.
But the truth of the matter is that Derek Balogh is a wolf casting spells on unsuspecting sheep and on unsuspecting shepherds who think they have the skill to lead a herd. Then they suddenly realise they have been conned, Derek Balogh would not participate in a website, or a contract or more recently we see that Derek Balogh has refused to sign a contract to be a director of a newly established company one shepherd set up, in all misled honour for the purposes of ‘doing this right’, finally, as if nobody before this shepherd has done anything right before her.
This is the limited experience that most shepherds have, as soon as they have a flock of sheep willing to listen to the spells cast by the shepherd, they ride the power trip and then expand into other areas that they ‘suddenly discover’ as a thing they think they can better than others. Then they may set about working with Derek Balogh or Mark Pytellic, or many others, the list is very long. The shepherd might have to wonder why they are suddenly given special access to people like Derek Balogh and friends. Their inexperience and their power trip does not let them see the trap they are entering and that they are leading their sheep to the slaughter house. I wish the sheep would learn to see and hear and think for themselves. The sheep should research yet they don’t. Sheep think that following the one shepherd they resonate with is the path they should follow and that all the information given to them via the shepherd is the good stuff. Sheep must learn to listen and watch and then carefully criticize every word, person, document and website that shepherds lead them to, but they don’t, the sheep just trust, full stop.
The shepherds are totally unaware, until it is too late, that they have just led their herd down the wrong path and led them all right into the hands of Derek Balough and Mark Pytellic and more. Derek Balogh didn’t want to help anyone but himself. Derek Balogh doesn’t want the shepherd, and he discards them all one by one, they are easy to come by. Derek Balogh wants the herd of sheep because he knows that out of a herd of 100 he may get a few gullible sheep willing to part with their money by his spells… ‘show me your mortgage documents, I will find the fraud…… Oh my there are at least 5 frauds right there on those pages and I will find more when I get time to read through it all!’. And this how simple it is.
Derek Balogh only wants your money. He is now operating under the banner Educate for Protection He has NEVER delivered any evidence, ever, to any shepherd, he rants about the one single case he allegedly was involved with, still no evidence that he had anything to do with it, a family in Toowoomba who kept their home and land. But nobody can identify the family, the location or even the court documents….oh, that is because, as Derek Balogh says, it is ‘private’ and all these types of court cases are not on the public record. Excellent spell there, and so the gold coins pass ownership from sheep to Derek Balogh and the shepherd suddenly realises the scam and then has to put out a public announcement to the herd that the shepherd was wrong.
This type of public announcement speaks volumes. It shows the sheep that the shepherd is not a wise shepherd at all, the shepherd made a critical mistake that ended in the death of some of the sheep, and if the shepherd is capable of making a mistake like this, then what about all else the shepherd is preaching and teaching? How can the sheep ever be sure that the shepherd is telling truth and is worthy of the flock? Can the shepherd ever be trusted again?
Shepherds are trustees and trustees have a duty of the highest importance to protect the beneficiaries of the trust. The sheep have a duty to think and watch carefully, to do their own research and most importantly to speak out publicly so that those with ears to hear and eyes to see, are able to read the warning signs.
Too many wolves like Derek Balogh and Mark Pytellic like to keep their dirty laundry hidden so that their sheep do not see the deception. As far as I can see, I am the only one to not care about speaking publicly and warning the sheep, for I care not, I speak truth and the truth shall set the sheep free, if they want to be free.

Educate for Protection was run by Jenny Minas as director, and she seems to have distanced herself but Derek continues on with the Educate for Protection name and bank account and nobody is doing anything to stop him defrauding people using that corporate name, yes it was registered, go check with ASIC, Educate for Protection ABN 54 654 690 641 and ABN 59 686 895 432. Why would Derek Balogh work with a registered entity? The company is still registered with ACN

I was first introduced to Balough in June 2019. I set up a website for him called Australian Banking Fraud. Nothing eventuated, Balough gave me all kinds of excuses for dropping contact with me and even said he was taken by the police and put into holding jail for weeks, but could not explain why or give any details. He has no evidence to produce, and many don’t. Before you decide to follow anyone, be sure you cite some evidence. Many that speak out publicly and have zoom sessions and web sites, even the big names, have not ever shared any of their own documents with their own names or signatures on the page. Don’t be taken in by his smooth talking spells, and his big wide grin…. never smile at a crocodile….

I used to log in to the regular zoom calls that Derek did via his group EFP (Educate For Protection). If you watched enough of these calls, he never gave any real advice. He’d always say the right thing though and had people hooked. But all the while, never producing any evidence. They would always be asking for ‘donations’. Thankfully, I know how to think and never gave any money to that group.

The similarities between Derek Balogh and Mark Pytellek are incredible. Both want your money. Both bark at you when you are asking too many questions. Both give you just enough to get started and then won’t give you the attention you need to learn properly.
Derek is currently seeking 1000 people to start a class action against each state. The problem is, in recruiting new people all the time he neglects the ones he already has. But it’s never his fault if you aren’t quite ready or fully know what you’re doing when you go to court…. oh, no, never his fault.
He’s a fuckwit, plain and simple.
I had purchased modules off Mark Pytellek before, both myself and my husband had received a mask fine each of $1092. Had sent in paperwork like the Reclaim your securities process and nothing worked. They issued arrest warrants and we were arrested on 2 separate occasions. Asked the staff on Mark’s website, reply I got was like Mark says pick your battles and suggested that the old retired barrister Zoltan would say just pay the fine. Ignored all that and ended up doing a W4 process on the magistrate, prosecutor, police commissioner, attorney general the week before. Didnt drive the 400kms to court was on bail, contacted the court the following monday and told that there was no arrest warrant, they had just given me a $400 fine (made up of $250 victim of crime levy, $150 prosecution costs) realised if I have W4 the actual court system in SA and the actual SA Police) they could have not even done that. Mark is absolutely just money hungry with no actual prove I have seen that works. I dislike how some one might say the right words and everyone follows like little sheep.

However, Balogh did create some paperwork for a 4th generation farmer on the Gold Coast, to “help” get them out of the mess that Pytellek help them get deeper into.
Balogh’s paperwork made no difference. Though he claims that he helped file a quo warranto lawsuit that was filed in The Hague.
FACT: Balogh has no understanding of what the words “quo warranto” mean
He has no idea how to write a quantum lawsuit, and does not have a close relationship with the Federal Postal Judge who helped the farmers file their Quo Warranto Lawsuit.
The case was heard in the Supreme Court in Brisbane – and is on court record. However, the case has caused such grief for the family – the wife died through the stress of the whole situation, and the kids have turned against each other . With respect to the family, we feel not to divulge the farmers’ names.
Balogh turned against his business partner Dennis, and basically hung Dennis out to dry – being dragged thru the Supreme Court in Victoria.
Balogh, like Pytellek, makes many promises, gaslighting people, offering unverified claims to support his position. Both these men have “no skin in the game” when they offer to help. Just like mainstream law/liars they take money upfront, and quit when the going gets tough, or they’ve drained your bank account.
Ask them for specific supporting evidence of the cases they’ve won, and they’ll spin the “client confidentiality” story – even if the cases are public record.
Pytellek’s modus operandi is to extract enough shekkels from you to get you into deeper hot water, then pass you onto his friend “ex-barrister” Zoltan Varseghy, who’s another con artist.
Pytellek and Varseghy fleeced around 30 people in their Vanuata Credit Unions project, and then turned on one of the sponsoring couples, took them straight to the Brisbane Supreme Court to cover up their own crimes… stealing in excess of $300k
This is Pytellek, who preaches not to go to the courts, yet when he’s about to be caught with his hands in the cookie jar, he twists the evidence and makes the good guys look like the bad guys – also known as SLAPP lawsuits
When people are under immense stress, and want a quick solution, the ambulance chasers. Balogh and Pytellek appear on the scene , like knights in shining armour – and when under emotional stress, people cannot make logical decisions…
Balogh and Pytellek have destroyed families, and even driven people to suicide… though, of course, they leave no paper trail to be able to prove anything. They have none or little knowledge of lawful remedies, but are experts at “cut&paste”combos of any nonsense that looks good, and in extracting your hard earned dollars “with clean hands”
SO SICK – but they’ve hypnotized people into believing they walk on water …
No matter how many people we warn, they still fall for those holier-than-though-snake-oil salesmen…
What people don’t realise is, long after the devastation caused by Pytellek and Balogh, you’re on your own to clean up the mess.
I know a guy who listened to Pytellek about not paying the rates, almost ten years ago – long story short, the guy’s still trying to clean up the mess, with the bank chasing him, arrest warrants etc … meanwhile Pytellek’s probably sipping pina coladas around a resort pool, grinning from ear to ear…

I was contacted by Jenny Minas after I put this page up about Derek Balogh. Jenny and I had many good zoom conversations and she seemed like a lady attempting to do good and was also scammed by Derek. I explained to her the need to break ties legally with Derek and to close down the company that he is using to scam people with. I even wrote her letters to send to Derek, the police and ASIC to cancel the ABN and deregister the company. I also told her that until she had cleaned up that mess I would not be able to associate with her as I do not want my good reputation to be damaged and I do not want to be in any way associated with any criminal activities.
I did as Jenny requested and removed her name from this page and I did assist her. She tried to get me to make appearances on her webinars to teach people how to change their lives, she made promises of big $$$. This sounded alarm bells for me, giant bells! I refused her offer and sat back wondering what she is ‘teaching’ if she needs someone like me to teach her members.
Peoople do not realise that they are being scammed. People should be demanding to see evidence of all they speak about, as I show all my own evidence and my own experiences throughout my whole life.
Today I checked on ABN Lookup to see if Jenny Minas had done her duty, to stand in honour and to do what is necessary to stop Derek Balogh, if she has any honour at all. The ABN 54 654 690 641 for EDUCATE FOR AUSTRALIA PTY LTD has been cancelled, but when I go to the ASIC registry, I find the company is still registered and not deregistered. Why would she not deregister this company? the action or rather inaction of Jenny Minas is allowing Derek, and probably herself, to profit from very vulnerable people. Derek is still using the company name, Jenny Minas is the sole director and so solely and legally responsible for his frauds and that may take her down with him. or is this the real story???
Love this forum Deb i can vouch for this aswell as i was apart of the common law group where Derek was originally introduced to at the time 3 years ago where this mess began where many of us took on our banks provided he assist us all the way with templates questions etc many of these files till this day i still have that we used long story short it was from their where we learned he was a con artist as he went missing and claimed to have been hacked and arrested by police before returning again seeking money for his help charging thousands for his time and private zooms and emails ive lost track the many things he has done different websites hes made, youtube channels etc claiming to know quantum grammer and war castles and being in touch with the post master general etc all garbage he actually used to send emails with a freemason quote at the end from William Churchill its disgusting hes on a youtube channel called EMPOWER THE EAST talking about mortgages, councils etc

I see that Derek Balough is still operating zoom sessions weekly and still using Educate for Protection and Educate for Australia banner. Why has Jenny Minas not cancelled the corporation, the ABN and the bank account, surely a sole director has that power, as I clearly instructed her, hmmm, makes you wonder what is really going on….
As for Zoltan the great!! Zoltan Varseghy, I have not been able to find anywhere that he was ever registerd or even struck off the registry, as a barrister or a lawyer. He is most likely self taught for he is not very good at his work at all when push comes to shove. When I first spoke up about Zoltan many years ago I was in a group called Solutions Empowerment run by Mark Pytellic or Borealis or one of his many names. Zoltan took over a case I was working on for a friend and he said “wow, this is really good work” [I have a recording!] and then he didn’t use the evidence and did his own rubbish submission and lost the case. My friend promptly sacked him before she lost more money, thousands. [I was travelling overseas so could not finish the project I started]. I did manage to find one case where Zoltan was in the high court on a joint case of 5 people/groups all attempting to make claims about the constition, all lost without much of a battle at all. You would think if he has so much knowledge he would sue people for defamation of character or something, but to do so means you must have a valuable character that is actually worth something, as I instruct people how to create and keep evidence, I cannot really see Zoltan, Pytellic, Balogh, Peter Duff, Georg Galas and more attempting any such thing. Zoltan, when taking payments, is paid into a foundation account that Pytellic is also using the same foundation account. When I spoke up about his work and scam, suddenly many others came to me with their evidence to support their payments being paid to the same foundation, some of which I still have in my files. Seems Mark leads people down the pathway to trouble and then when Mark says “out of my dept, speak to Zoltan the ‘ex-barrister’ [not], they both profit very handsomely.
When I first met Balough years ago, back in July- August 2019 I think, I offered to do all his administration work, set up a website called Aussie Banking Fraud and he jumped at it. I spent many hours on this, lucky for me it didn’t cost too much, except for time, which I had. Then Balogh realised I was not going to pay nor would I hand him a list to my friends and group members, he suddenly disappeared and after months of trying to make him answer, giving him the benefit of the doubt which was wearing very very thin, after 4 months he made contact to tell me he had been arrested and a long story of BS, he could not answer my invasive questions. I always ask questions because I can instantly know if the other is lying or not. Of course it was all lies.
There are many others to talk about, Georg Galas [galah if you ask me or speak french], selling trusts and foundations and has zero knowledge about the truth of how these work in the public and private world, any wonder his clients with any brains actually come here when they are frustrated enough to learn the real nuts and bolts and how to get themselves out of trouble and do it properly. I also have to wonder why Georg Galas attempted to become a member of this private forum, is he trolling for tips and hints or just trying to learn more to keep his sheeple interested longer so he appears to have knowledge?? There is also Peter Duff, one of Pytellic’s ‘mates, who Pytellic proudly advocates for his members to get a foundation from Duff. I have much to say about this on my other website, Foundation-Private.com, and since that post was made Duff has changed his foundation articles/constitution, and all the newer members have not realised that if they choose to or are forced to, wind up their foundation then all assets must go directly to Duff’s own foundation. How nice of him.
The amount of scammers out there is incredible. There are many more too that I will not name here for the sheep in those groups will attack me like ravenous wolves, they will have to come to their own realisation over time. All I can say is that if you dont have results within months, or some good positive step along the learning pathway, then best you jump ship. Results do not take years of listening to people chat and zoom and empower themselves, real empowerment comes from learning, doing and achieving results. Anyone who is achieving results is doing well, those who are in other groups usually over time wake up, see clearly, and then come here to learn how to make things work properly.
Then there is Mike Holt. Not bad, knows a lot of info, I thought he was honest but that word actually sticks in my throat with Holt. It is my belief that he is desperately trying to retain control over common law groups and jumps from host to host and now even contacting people overseas, UK, to get another hour or so of fame. Most people give Holt air time because he easily convinces people he knows what he is talking about because they don’t have a clue and do not take time to research before giving air time. Why I have a problem with this is because I read the comments on youtube below an interview and I can see that many gullible and desperate people with little knowledge want to know more, hear more and then their $$$ follows the interviewee. The plan all along.
Holt seems to play the poor me hand to obtain everything for free. I did give him certificates and he promptly extended that to his whole family. He has very little understanding of contracts and power to create and amend a contract or a template when I also gave him a power of attorney contract because he ‘needed it desperately’ in fear of his life it seemed at the time. I almost offered him a trust but that never eventuated, he had no idea what to do with it.
And then things turned sour. Holt didn’t like the way I made people accountable for their own mistakes and actions. I call a spade a spade, I will not ever molly-coddle people, wrap them in cotton wool or any similar thing. I speak the truth very bluntly because frankly that is what people need, sometimes they need it like a slap across the face because it makes them pay attention and realise they created the situation they are in. I will not take responsibility for the faults of others, I will not have my own reputation tarnished. I care not if people think I am harsh, some do, but most realise I am honest and kind and give far more of myself to help others in real need. But I will only help people who help themselves – meaning those that want to learn real skills and actually do the work and take action.
Holt did not like this, he expected people to be molly-coddled and he demanded that I do treat them that way. I turned around and instead demand that if he is teaching people something then he must take responsibility for what he teaches and then assist them with the consequences, yet he does not. I do. I am constantly trying to assist people who join this forum, to clean up the messes created by many many other groups after people realise they are teaching useless or ineffective skills.
I could also comment about Know Your Rights Group, but won’t. I do have many thoughts, many people have come to me about them, after buying foundations or the infamous books, all of which I have. Their books are so outdated yet big mike must have a whole storage shed full of them that he still pushes them. The system has changed, learned and the material he pushes simply no longer works, and so his customers come here, all saying the same thing, “I tried it, it didn’t work, now I have a big mess and fines to pay”.
I sound like a sad sack but I am not, just airing my comments and beliefs so that others may read and come to some realisation on their own.
And Mike Holt, if you read this page again and make demands I remove your name, I will not. I am free to express my opinion and belief, just as you have about me on your zooms and videos and elsewhere, you *^$&*^^&%# slime bag.
