Your BC interest and rights can be held in a trust and then all rights and interests are protected.  The estate is your heritance (not inheritance), it was created for you when you were born. This estate is currently being controlled by the government because we have not stepped up to reclaim it which we should have done when we reached the age of 18, but they never told us that we could or we should and how to do that.
