Description

The Debtor/Creditor is known as the ALLCAPS (the Debtor) and Natural Person (Creditor).

Many use this format and these documents are available for those wishing to use this status.

The preferred status is that the Estate Interests are placed into a trust and other documents will be issued via that process of the Debtor and Secured Party (a Trust/Proxy) whcih can be purched in the Bundle Package.
