Instructions for Family Discounts and Certificates
- One family per application form
- Border style is the same on all certificates
- Family includes two parents and their children
- seals created by CCS may be added to the certificate
There is a small discount for each additional certificate. To receive the discount you must apply one of the following code GENCODE-2
