This is the agreement you must have between your ALLCAPS name doing business and you, the living man/woman. This document is the process used for Debtor/Creditor process. This is not the current process used by admins of this site, we instead use Debtor/Secured party (trust).

This agreement ensures that as the authorised representative of the ALLCAPS name you are not held liable for the actions of the ALLCAPS in business. Just the same was as you have a similar agreement with your accountant or solicitor.

This document includes a certification of recording on our registers for third party evidence of claim.
