You may have received an email to say you have unused Store Credits on your account.

To take advantage of these credits, you must log into your account. If you don’t remember your account details, simply enter your email and then click on Forgot Password or Password Reset.

When you are logged in, the Store Credits will be available to view in your Account (see right side column of page)
