These T&C’s apply to all products severally and jointly.

1. All products will be created according the detail provided on each application form for the specific product and each application will include a declaration from the purchaser ensuring they have read all the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and all other pages and information before proceeding and therefore they accept full responsibility for all detail and information provided on their applications and that they agree that no changes will be made after the application has been submitted and the product will be delivered as per the application.
2. Products will only be created and delivered after payment has been made in full. If a certain packaged product has been not been paid in full for any reason then the product that was paid in full shall be delivered according to the payment and the corresponding application.
3. Products ordered without payment will be held permanently and if payment has not been made within 7 days for the products then the details of the application will be forever held immemorial and never to be reissued to any other person making a similar claim with same details.
4. Products paid for will require the application form to be completed within 7 days, late applications will not be accepted and payments made when application is not completed payment will be forfeited in full.
5. Certificates – Refunds will not be issued for any product when the application has commenced with creation by administrators of the site. Refunds may be issued by request if the administrators have not commenced with the creation of the product ordered.  All refunds will be issued less an administration fee of $25 AUD for each payment being refunded.
6. Zooms – Refunds will not be issued, you may reschedule your appointment by clicking on the link, or if a refund is requested you will be issued with store credits less the $25 administration fee. If you miss your appointment your payment will be forfeited if you fail to attend the meeting. If you claim there has been an emergency you will be required to provide substantial evidence for your claim.
7. We reserve the right to apply any payments received to be refunded as store credits after 7 days of receipt less $25 administration fee, except for payments which have been forfeited.
8. Any person attempting to complain, harass or otherwise breach these terms and conditions by their own mistakes or errors or misunderstandings of how things should be will be permanently banned from accessing the website and the payment gateway and any payments made for any product will be permanently forfeited.
9. All purchasers agree and declare that they are fully responsible for their own education and agree to hold the administrators harmless and not liable for their own knowledge or lack thereof and will agree in perpetuity to not do anything to harm the good reputation of the administrators or the services provided on the website of Copyrightclaimservices.com or any other site that may be associated with the service or the administrators.
10. We reserve the right to permanently ban any person from our website or from purchasing products from the website for any reason whatsoever and any payments made before, during or after payment has been made shall be refunded, if not forfeited, with the administration fee applied.
11. We reserve the right to remove from publication and our records the details of any person has purchased a product for publication or issue for any reason whatsoever.
12. We reserve the right to publish the contents of emails sent to the administrators by applicants who have harassed or complained or done any similar thing in an attempt to cause harm to the administrators and will publish the full details of the persons causing harm for all the world to see as a warning to others of the actions of these persons as a right to know for all.
13. Store Credits on an account will remain available for 90 days, after this time store credits will be forfeited.
