Through my work I have sighted many birth certificates and never have I seen a name written as such.
Yes the name has been created by the govt but they do NOT OWN IT. YOU own your name in any format and the proof of this is that the birth certificate will only be issued to you or one of your parents because the name belongs to them. It was created by the mother (or father) who filled in and lodged the beneficiary claim and registered you as a beneficiary in a trust, and the govt created a certificate as proof of beneficial interest. Anyone who thinks the govt owns your name because they created it had best be rethinking all they have been told. Only the true owner can make a claim so if you think you are not the true owner of the name then how can you make a copyright claim on something you do not own? Plenty of people are telling porky-pies.
While the above name format is not on any birth certificate, you may write your name in any format you wish for your living name status. HOWEVER there is a declaration on the form to advise admin that the details you have entered are true and correct and so the information is cut and pasted and not correct at all, for how is the admin supposed to know if your details are not true and correct, we cannot make such decisions. We have attempted to correct some errors in the past and were hastily corrected by the applicant, so now everything is cut and paste no matter what.
As for the subject of the Quantum Grammar, this is discussed in the forum if you are member of the forum I suggest you read it. Quantum is a new language, it is not legalese and it certainly is not english. All language has syntax and before you start using this new language (which may as well be chinese to an Aus govt or court) I would suggest you pick up a copy of the Chicago Styles Manual or an Australian Styles Manual or simply any book on english grammar and study for yourself. For sure, listen to people preaching this new syntax language but first, to know if they speak truth, study ENGLISH, for this is the language we use, this is the language of our Constitution and if you drift away from that protection, you may not achieve the result you think you are going to achieve.
