What happens when I change my seal to a new one?

Your seal is your personal and official stamp/logo/trademark, either for your PERSON or your BUSINESS PERSON.

The seals should remain the same over time, many companies are still using the same seal after 20, 50 and 80 years after creation. Back then most of the seals were very simple designs, but with new technology we have been able to be more creative and people are choosing beautiful designs to represent their authority on all documents.

When one decides to change a seal to a new design, there is no need to recreate any certificates or other documents created under the original seal, as the original documents are evidence of a thing that happened at that time. Recreating a document at a new date with a new seal could be viewed as a forgery.

All that is needed to change the seal is for a memorandum/minutes to be issued to reference the change of the seal/stamp being used as the new official seal. This memo/minutes is a legal journal entry that can be use for any purpose to prove the change was indeed official and authorised by the PERSON and the authorised representatives.

Having said that, it is important that people start realising their life events is actually a business of its own and should be documented and treated as a business, creating and keeping records for all important events that happen. Documents, journals, memoranda, ,minutes, etc. are evidence that may well come in handy one day.
