Why won’t a solicitor recognise my certificate as valid?

A solicitor, and sometimes a JP, will not recognise your certificate as being valid, or having standing because;

  1. It has not been created by a government agency and therefore it cannot be seen in the system registries;
  2. A solicitor is registered by government statutes and must follow government rules;
  3. They do not want you to know the true power of your own documents created by you and will do all they can to make you think your documents are worthless

There is much discussion about this in the forum on this site.
